How do I book a celebration yard sign or flamingo flock rental?

Easy!

1. Choose one of our services: Flamingles (a flock of flamingos), a Yardy Party Celebration Sign, a Sprinkle Sign (fewer signs but still shouts celebration), or our package deal: the Merry Mixer. 

2. Fill out our form to complete your rental request.

3. Reply to our follow-up email and confirm the provided details (rental date, design, pricing, etc.)

4. Then we'll send you a link for payment. Once paid, you're all set and the party is on!

Which payment methods do you accept?

• We process all payments securely through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay — you can check out as a guest using:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• PayPal balance or linked bank account (optional, if you already have a PayPal account)

What's included in the price?

We'll design and craft your personalized celebration yard display, deliver & set it up, and then return to take it down & remove it. 

How long can I keep a celebration display?

Most celebration greetings and flamingo rentals are for one day.

Extended rentals are available for an additional $25/day, for a maximum rental period of three days. Extra days must be agreed to at the time of booking.

What's the deal with delivery and pickup?

Unless another delivery or pick up time has been arranged, we'll tiptoe onto the lawn sometime between sunset and sunrise— either the evening before or the morning of the big day.

We'll return to collect everything during the same time-frame, either the evening of the last rental day or early the next morning. 

Where will you place the display? 

We use our best judgement to make sure it's visible and has a nice backdrop for photos. If there's a specific spot you have in mind, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.

Please note: we reserve the right to make the final decision for display placement and we do not set up in backyards. 

What should I do before you arrive?

Will I see a mockup of the design before it arrives?

We don't provide mockups, but please know that we put a lot of thought and care into creating a special display based on what you share with us about the recipient and occasion. It's important to us that you're WOWed!

You're welcome to check out our GALLERY or INSTAGRAM, and let us know if there's a setup you love. We'll do our best to create something similar.

What if it rains? What are the signs made of?

Our signs are made of weatherproof corrugated plastic and installed with metal stakes. Therefore, you don't need to worry about moving them if it rains. In fact, please don't move the signs without our express permission. 

Will the signs or flamingos damage my yard?

No, but maybe they'll give your yard some free aeration! They're affixed to thin metal stakes, which barely make a mark. We respect your property and do our best to do no harm.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an event: Eligible for a full refund or credit (valid for one year).

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: Non-refundable or full credit (valid for one year).

• We may reschedule or cancel if lightning, severe weather, or unsafe conditions occur. If you choose not to reschedule, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds/reschedules if/for: an incomplete or wrong address is provided, errors on the order submission, access is denied (e.g. gated community restrictions), the location is unsafe or has hazards, circumstances beyond our control prevent setup, design preference issues arise after setup, a homeowner refuses delivery or requests removal after setup.

• No refunds/reschedules if the property displays “No Trespassing,” “Private Property,” or similar warning signs indicating firearms, weapons, or threats of force to trespassers. We will not perform setup at locations with these conditions.
