By booking services with Goldie Lawns Celebrations LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us” and often referred to as “Goldie Lawns”), you agree to these terms. They help ensure your celebration runs smoothly.
OUR SERVICES
We help our customers (those who book with us) to spread cheer. Goldie Lawns provides celebration yard sign and flamingo yard ornament rental services, including creative design, delivery, setup, and removal of displays. Services may vary by location and availability.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
• Your booking is confirmed only after full payment (or deposit, if noted) is received.
• Expedited/Next-Day Requests: Next-day requests may be considered if received by 2 PM. An Expedited Service Fee of $35 will apply to ensure timely delivery and setup.
• Holiday installations/removals: +$50.
• Prices may change, but we’ll honor your confirmed rate.
• Your Event Details are on the invoice: From display details to delivery instructions and special requests. This is the plan we follow to make your celebration happens exactly as expected.
• Finalization and Post-Payment Changes: Payment confirms all event details as listed on the invoice. You may request changes after payment and before setup; however, adjustments depend on schedule and inventory availability, and are not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill a requested change, the original invoice details will remain in effect. You may choose to cancel under the standard cancellation policy, with refunds or credits issued according to timing (see CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS).
• We accept secure payments via PayPal, and we never store your full card details.
RENTAL PERIOD
Most rentals are for one day. Maximum rental period is three days. +$25/additional day.
DELIVERY & PICK UP
• Standard service area: within 10 miles of Zip Code 32792 (delivery fees may apply beyond that).
• Delivery and pick-up happen between sunset and early morning unless we arrange otherwise.
• Regarding display placement, customer requests are considered, but Goldie Lawns reserves the right to determine the final placement.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an event: Eligible for a full refund or credit (valid for one year).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: Non-refundable or full credit (valid for one year).
• Changes Before Setup: If requested changes after payment cannot be accommodated, the original invoice details will remain in effect. Customers may choose to cancel under the standard cancellation policy, with refunds or credits issued according to timing.
WEATHER AND SAFETY CANCELLATIONS
• We may reschedule or cancel if lightning, severe weather, or unsafe conditions occur.
• If you choose not to reschedule, you’ll receive a 50% refund (credit valid for one year).
NO REFUNDS / RESCHEDULES
Refunds or reschedules will not be issued if:
• The location is unsafe or has hazards.
• The property displays “No Trespassing,” “Private Property,” or similar warning signs indicating firearms, weapons, or threats of force to trespassers. Goldie Lawns will not perform setup at locations with these conditions.
• An incomplete or wrong address is provided.
• Other errors occur during order submission.
• Access is denied (e.g., gated community restrictions).
• Circumstances beyond our control prevent setup.
• Design preference issues arise after setup.
• A homeowner refuses delivery or requests removal after setup.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
• If the customer will not be at the celebration location, they must notify someone (an adult) who will be present so they know we’ll be stopping by and can help take care of the preparations. This is for our safety and to ensure everything goes smoothly.
• Provide a safe, accessible, and legal location for display setup and removal.
• Remove pet waste, anthills, and other hazards before setup.
• Turn off sprinklers prior to our arrival and for the duration of the rental.
• Pause lawn service during the rental period.
• For surprises: turn off security camera notifications and motion lights, close blinds, and secure pets indoors.
• Follow any other preparation instructions provided by Goldie Lawns.
• Customers are responsible for informing recipients or property owners of our delivery and setup schedule and for ensuring access to the property.
DISPLAY CARE
• No leaning, climbing, or attaching any items.
• Keep lawn equipment away.
• Do not move or rearrange items without our consent.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
By booking our services, you grant Goldie Lawns permission to use photos and videos of the displays for marketing and business purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
• We respect your privacy and will do our best to blur or remove home address numbers or license plate numbers if they appear in photos. We may not be able to do this in videos, but we will still do our best to protect your privacy.
• If people (including faces) appear in photos, they may be used unless you request in writing that they not be.
• This also applies to photos and videos featuring our displays that you provide to us or post publicly online.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
• We have the right to decline requests that are political, controversial, or do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.
• We will not set up in an area that we deem unsafe or incapable of accommodating the metal stakes.
• Goldie Lawns also reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an installation at any time if warning signs or posted notices make the location feel unsafe. This includes, but is not limited to, “No Trespassing,” “Private Property,” "We don't call 911," or similar signs referencing the use of weapons, threats of force, or harm against trespassers.
• If we determine that a location is unsafe for these reasons, the booking will be canceled without refund. Our team’s safety is our top priority.
LIABILITY & DAMAGE
• Goldie Lawns is not responsible for damage to property caused by the celebration display (signs, stakes, pinwheels, or flamingos), natural events, vandalism, or accidents outside of our control.
• We will take reasonable care during delivery, setup, and removal of displays.
• The person who places the order (the customer) is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of Goldie Laws property, regardless of who is present at the celebration location. This includes damage caused by the property owner, residents, guests, recipients, pets, neighbors, lawn crews, or others.
• All signs, flamingos, stakes, and pinwheels remain the property of Goldie Lawns Celebrations. The customer agrees to pay full replacement value for any Goldie Lawns property that is damaged, stolen, or lost.
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS: Our signs and flamingos are installed with metal stakes inserted into the ground, up to 10" deep. If the yard has a sprinkler system, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of the location of the lines. Goldie Lawns is not responsible for damage to sprinkler systems that are not properly communicated and/or marked.
SAFETY
• Our signs and flamingos are installed with metal stakes. DO NOT LEAN ON, PLAY ON, OR PLAY AROUND THE DISPLAY. WE REALLY DON’T WANT ANYONE TO GET HURT.
• Children and pets should be supervised at all times near the display.
• For our safety — and to ensure everything goes smoothly — you are required to let someone (an adult) at the celebration location know that we’re coming at least 24 hours in advance.
• Goldie Lawns reserves the right to decline setup if unsafe conditions are present at the delivery location.
LIABILITY RELEASE
• Goldie Lawns, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, accident, or damages to any person(s) or pet(s) that may occur during the rental period, including but not limited to injuries resulting from contact with the signs, flamingos, stakes, or installation equipment.
• The customer accepts full responsibility for supervising children, guests, and pets around the display and agrees that no one will play on, climb, or otherwise misuse the rented items.
• By placing an order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Goldie Lawns, its owners, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use or misuse of the celebration display.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
