Terms of Service

SERVICES: Our white-glove service includes customized design, delivery, installation, and removal of celebration displays and flamingo flock rentals.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Goldie Lawns Celebrations is thrilled to be a part of your special day and we love seeing our clients happy, so don’t forget to take lots of photos – and please share them too! Tag @goldie.lawns on Instagram and/or Facebook. Please note, that we reserve the right to take photos of the display and use them for marketing purposes.

RENTAL PERIOD: Most celebration sign displays and flamingo flocks are rented for 24 hours. Additional days may be arranged for an additional $50/day, and must be agreed upon at the time of booking.

PAYMENT: You will receive an invoice via email or text. Payment is required to confirm and hold your date. By placing a reservation with and submitting payment to Goldie Lawns Celebrations, LLC, you agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined herein.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: Goldie Lawns reserves the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. We will not leave our displays in an area we deem unsafe or unable to display at.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP: Our typical service area is within 10 miles of Zip Code 32792. An additional discretionary mileage fee may be incurred for deliveries outside of our typical service area. We will deliver and pick up sometime between sunset and sunrise, unless a specific time has been requested and agreed to.

HOLIDAYS: If you require your celebration display to be installed or picked up on a holiday, a $50 fee may be charged.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We cannot deliver your Goldie Lawns celebration rental if lightning or other hazardous weather conditions prevent installation or take down. In the event of prohibitive or inclement weather, and the customer chooses not to reschedule, a 50% refund will be honored. Rescheduled reservations must be redeemed within one calendar year​​.

 

REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the event will be given a 50% refund or full credit for a future date. Rescheduled reservations must be redeemed within one calendar year from the date of cancellation. Refunds will NOT be given if:

  • Cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event date.

  • We are given the wrong address or denied access to a gated community.

  • Animals prevent us from setting up.

  • The homeowner/honoree/customer is not pleased with the celebration display.​

  • Inclement weather excluded; other circumstances beyond our control prevent us from setting up.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER:

  • Goldie Lawns Celebrations, LLC is not responsible for vandalism in the form of the display being altered to inappropriate or profane words or phrases.

  • Goldie Lawns Celebrations, LLC and all its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the installation, duration of, or removal of any rental.

  • Goldie Lawns Celebrations, LLC shall not be responsible for any legal fees, costs, or expenses incurred by customers, or any third parties, except as required by law.

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of replacements for any Goldie Lawns Celebrations, LLC property that is damaged, stolen, or lost at their full replacement value. 

 

PREPARATION: FOR OUR SAFETY AND SO THAT PROPER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY SOMEONE AT THE CELEBRATION LOCATION THAT THEY WILL BE RECEIVING A CELEBRATION DISPLAY RENTAL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.​

  • Please remove pet waste, anthills, and other hazardous items/materials before our arrival.

  • Please postpone yard service and turn off sprinkler systems during the duration of the celebration display rental.

  • To help prepare the ground for easy installation, please mow and water the lawn before our arrival

  • Please secure pets inside the home or in a fenced area.

  • To avoid spoiling the surprise, please close the blinds and curtains.

SAFETY AND CARE REGULATIONS: PLEASE GO OVER THESE SAFETY AND CARE REGULATIONS WITH THE HOMEOWNER/RECIPIENT, AS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF REPLACEMENTS FOR ANY GOLDIE LAWNS PROPERTY THAT IS DAMAGED, STOLEN, OR LOST AT THEIR FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE.​

  • Please use your best judgment and have common sense. Be extra careful around the celebration displays! Signs & flamingos are affixed to metal spikes, and it would be a real bummer to be injured. We don’t want anyone to get hurt!

  • Please do not lean on the display. Leaning on the display could cause injury and flamingos and signs cannot support the weight of ANY person —that means babies, toddlers, children, or adults.

  • Please discourage all people from playing on or around the display.

  • Please treat the display with respect. All signs, graphics, letters, stakes, pinwheels, and flamingos remain the property of Goldie Lawns. Any damage, destruction, vandalization, or tampering with Goldie Lawns’ property is prohibited.

  • Please do not pick up, move, or rearrange Goldie Lawns property without our consent.

  • Please do not attach balloons, ribbons, lights, etc. to the display.

  • Please do not allow any lawn maintenance to occur near the display. Grass clippings will stick onto and stain the signs, and weed eaters can cause significant damage.
